什么是油煙凈化器？餐飲業(yè)是否有必要安裝凈化器？

　　油煙凈化器是用于凈化廚房排放油煙的治理設(shè)備的通稱，主要分為過濾式、濕式、靜電式和復(fù)合式，是有效降低油煙污染排放的治理手段。

　　餐飲業(yè)多集中在商業(yè)區(qū)、居民區(qū)，集中排放時對周圍環(huán)境污染較大，部分餐飲企業(yè)僅安裝了抽油煙機而并未安裝油煙凈化器，烹調(diào)過程中產(chǎn)生的油煙直接排入空氣中，油煙顆粒以及有害氣體也會直接對人體造成傷害，同時油煙中的VOCs也會對大氣環(huán)境造成復(fù)合性污染。

　　另外，夏季許多露天燒烤直接排放燒烤煙氣，所產(chǎn)生的污染危害更加嚴重。因此，餐飲業(yè)必須安裝符合要求的油煙凈化器。

　　In addition, many outdoor barbecues in summer directly emit barbecue smoke, which poses a more serious pollution hazard. Therefore, the catering industry must install oil fume purifiers that meet environmental protection requirements.
